Location for the beach and the sports stadium were good, hotel was modern and clean, all staff were good and always helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would definatly recommend the hotel, we did not look for buses into the city but used taxis at approx 10 Euros each way
restaurant not open every night and pool not open in mid April, we did not check before booking as they were not a priority,

we arrived very late at night and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, still toiletries, female shaving utensils in shower from previous guest whilst the deputy manager was apologetic he did not offer any recompense. Not at all satisfactory from a 4 star hotel which was not in my opinion cheap.

Request a room on a higher floor for serene sea views and to minimize road noise while still enjoying the beach's proximity.

The facilities were super good and the design of the hotel was nice with lots of light from outside.
The staff didn't listen to customer's requirement at all.

It was well designed and very comfortable. Well positioned for a very good beach, though we were there mainly because friends lived close by. It was a good choice.
The air conditioning in public places (eg the corridors and lifts) did not seem cold enough. There was no swimming pool, which would have made it more attractive, despite the fact that the beach was close by.

This hotel was a well-suited match for taking strolls in Malaga with fantastic value for money. The check-in process was smooth, with a friendly staff member cute us even late at night. Be prepared for the location being a bit further from the city center than expected.

A suberb hotel. Rooms (and other facilities) are big, nice and clean. Really nice area for families with children. A park with animals and playground right outside, 50 meters to the beach promenade, which also is full og playgrounds for children.
The hotel is not in the city center, but it's easy to take a bus (16) or a taxi to the center.

Excellent breakfast, nice spacy rooms. Convenient location - seaside with nice promenade, 5-10 minutes walk to public transport bus stop. 20 Minutes to get to City Center, night buses available as well. If you preffer nature beach then go to Guadalmar (bus 10)

Friendly staff and a spacious room with a king-size bed. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just across the street and plenty of eateries within walking distance. Having beach towels available at the front desk was a nice touch. The dining options could use improvement, as the restaurant's food quality didn't meet expectations, leading us to choose local spots instead.

The hotel is quite new and everything with good taste. The best was the breakfast for 12 euros and an excellent buffet, great quality of food and drinks! Rooms are really a 4 star hotel level, with everything you can expect. Free internet and few international channels. In my case, garage came a bit expensive, but it's not applicable for everyone. Location was stunning, in a quiet and exclusive quartier in Malaga, just 2min walking to the beach. Chiringuito Maria, a beach restaurant, just across the street was the best seafood around, you can't miss it!
Staff is quite inexperienced and young. There is nobody to help you with the luggage or any kind of concierge service. But, you actually don't need anything from them, you just walk outside the hotel and find everything by yourself.

We spend 1 night before departure from Malaga, easy to find with a car, close to airport, free parking on site. Large clean room with huge comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom with bathtub. Very modern design. Absolutlely loved our breakfast, delicious and rich. Nice location with promenade and sandy beach with good restaurant across the main street. We were with the car, but there is a public bus next block to center of Malaga. Will stay there again when next in Malaga.
Window was not closing properly, but we called for assistance and it was fixed.
